Ingredients
- 1 handful Baby Spinach opt for organic if possible
- 1 handful Kale opt for organic if possible
- 150 mg Fresh or frozen Mango
- 150 mg Fresh Pineapple
- 1/2 Fresh or frozen Banana
- 1 tsp Whole Flaxseeds Optional
- 1 tsp Chia seeds Optional
- 1 cup Cold Water
Servings: people
Instructions
- Wash and chop all ingredients
- Add all ingredients to the blender
- Blend to desired consistency (you can always add water or ice cubes)
- Optional: Add Chia seeds and whole flaxseeds to the blender for a boost of Omega-3.
