Baked Banana Oats

Ingredients
1/2
tsp
Coconut Oil
1
ripe Banana
1
cup
Rolled Oats
1
tbsp
Chia seeds
1
tbsp
Ground Flax Seeds
1/2
tsp
Cinnamon Powder
1
cup
Almond Milk
Fresh or frozen berries
Greek Yogurt
Honey or Maple syrup
Instructions
Start by greasing an oven-safe dish with coconut oil.
Mix all ingredients and add fresh or frozen berries on top.
Bake for around 20 minutes or until it’s dry and crispy.
Add greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup and enjoy!
