Banana Brownies
These banana brownies are just amazing! It’s an easy and delicious recipe that you can serve for breakfast or dessert. As you might noticed by now, I like to substitute sugar with ripe bananas in most of my recipes.. It is naturally sweet and tasty.

Instructions
  1. In a blender, mix all ingredients except for the chocolate chips.
  2. Pour the mixture in a slightly greased oven-safe baking bowls. I’m using coconut oil.
  3. Add a square of dark chocolate in the middle and some chocolate chips on top. (I am using Lindt 85%)
  4. Bake for around 15 minutes at 180 degrees and serve hot.
Recipe Notes
  • For a perfect sweetness, make sure the bananas are ripe.
  • Always read the ingredient list; the cocoa powder as well as the almond milk should not contain any added sugar.
  • Make sure the oats are gluten free.
