Ingredients
- 1 cup Rolled Oats organic if possible
- 2 big Bananas ripe
- 3 Eggs free range if possible
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon Powder
- 1 tbsp Chia seeds
- 1 tbsp Plain Greek Yogurt organic if possible
- Maple syrup organic if possible
- Berries preferably organic

Instructions
- Set the eggs out 30 min before using. In a bowl, stir the Eggs and Vanilla.
- Add the mashed bananas and mix until combined.
- Add Oatmeal, Cinnamon, Chia seeds and stir until combined.
- Optional: add blueberries to the mixture.
- Let the ingredients settle for few minutes.
- Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat.
- Scoop the batter using a ladle and brown on both sides.
- Serve hot with Greek yogurt, Berries and a tsp of organic Maple Syrup on top. Enjoy!
