Ingredients
1.5
cup
Almond Flour
1
cup
Cheddar Cheese
shredded & organic if possible
2
Eggs
organic if possible
2
tsp
Baking Powder
1
tsp
Oregano
3
tbsp
Zaatar
Pinch
of Salt
1
tbsp
olive oil
if needed
Instructions
Preheat your oven at 180 C.
Combine Almond flour, Cheddar cheese, Baking Powder, Oregano, Thyme and Salt.
In a bowl, stir the Eggs.
Add eggs to almond flour mixture and stir until combined.
Mix with your hands. If the mixture is sticky, moisten hands with olive oil and shape dough into cookies. Let the ingredients settle for 10 minutes.
Place on a baking tray with a parchment. Don’t forget to leave space between each cookie.
Bake on medium rack in the oven for about 15 minutes until slightly golden.
Serve with tea and refrigerate the rest. Heat before serving.
