Chocolate Brownies
These chocolate brownies are delicious. Make sure you are getting an unsweetened cacao powder and dark chocolate chips to avoid added sugar. Erythritol is a better option than white sugar as it has much fewer calories and is not digested by the body. Due to its unique structure, it passes unchanged through most of the digestive system, it doesn’t spike blood sugar, cholesterol or other biomarkers. * For this recipe, I am using one cup of Erythritol for a normal sweetness, but personally I prefer it less sweet (around 3/4 cup). So it’s up to you 😉

Instructions
  1. Start by heating the oven, on a medium temperature.
  2. In a big bowl, mix well Tahini and Eggs (using a mixer) then start adding water gradually, until the mixture becomes smooth.
  3. In another bowl, mix Erythritol, Cacao Powder, Chia seeds, Baking Powder and Baking Soda.
  4. Gradually add the dry mixture and mix until well combined. You can add half of the chocolate chips and keep the rest for the top.
  5. Leave the mixture to settle for 15 min.
  6. Place a parchment paper in a baking tray and pour the mixture. Add the rest of the chocolate chips on top.
  7. Put in the oven for 40 to 45 minutes; A dry toothpick means it is ready!
  8. Keep it to cool down before removing it from the tray. Cut into piece and serve.
  9. Optional: you can add nuts, like hazelnut, pecan… or melted dark chocolate on top.
