Chocolate Brownies
These chocolate brownies are delicious.
Make sure you are getting an unsweetened cacao powder and dark chocolate chips to avoid added sugar.
Erythritol is a better option than white sugar as it has much fewer calories and is not digested by the body.
Due to its unique structure, it passes unchanged through most of the digestive system, it doesn’t spike blood sugar, cholesterol or other biomarkers.
* For this recipe, I am using one cup of Erythritol for a normal sweetness, but personally I prefer it less sweet (around 3/4 cup). So it’s up to you 😉
