Homemade Granola
Here’s an amazing Granola recipe, so simple and easy! As you might notice, this recipe is not sugar free; it contains maple syrup or honey. But at least you can control the QUALITY and the QUANTITY of the sweetener you are using without any artificial flavors, additives, or preservatives… So, let’s jump in!

  1. Preheat the oven to 250 C.
  2. Combine all dry ingredients, then add maple syrup and coconut oil.
  3. Add salt and cinnamon powder and mix until well combined.
  4. Put the mixture on a baking sheet using a parchment paper.
  5. Bake on medium rack for about 15min, mix and bake for another 15min until golden.
  6. After cooling, you can add dried fruits like cranberries, coconut flakes..
  7. Store in an airtight container.
