No-Bake Energy Balls
Here’s a delicious and healthy snack that could be prepared in just 15 minutes. It’s vegan, gluten-free and tasty!

Ingredients
Instructions
  1. Add the ingredients to a high speed food processor and pulse for few seconds.
  2. Mix the dough and pulse again until the mixture is smooth and even.
  3. If the mixture is too dry, add a bit of maple syrup; If it’s too sticky, refrigerate for few minutes.
  4. Using a cookie scoop, scoop a ball and roll it.
  5. Place on a baking tray with parchment.
  6. Cover the balls with pistachio, coconut flakes or any other nut.
  7. Refrigerate for 30 minutes and enjoy.
  8. Store in an air-tight container and keep in the fridge for up to 10 days.
