No-Bake Energy Balls
Here’s a delicious and healthy snack that could be prepared in just 15 minutes. It’s vegan, gluten-free and tasty!

Ingredients
2
cup
Organic Rolled Oats
1
medium
Mashed Banana
1/2
cup
Almond
1/2
cup
Pecan
1/4
cup
Organic Maple Syrup
1
tsp
Cinnamon Powder
1/2
tsp
Vanilla Extract
1/4
tsp
Himalayan Salt
Optional
Crashed Pistachio
Instructions
Add the ingredients to a high speed food processor and pulse for few seconds.
Mix the dough and pulse again until the mixture is smooth and even.
If the mixture is too dry, add a bit of maple syrup; If it’s too sticky, refrigerate for few minutes.
Using a cookie scoop, scoop a ball and roll it.
Place on a baking tray with parchment.
Cover the balls with pistachio, coconut flakes or any other nut.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes and enjoy.
Store in an air-tight container and keep in the fridge for up to 10 days.
