Ingredients
- 2 cup Baby Spinach Organic
- 1 cup Cooked Quinoa
- 1 big Diced Orange
- 150 g Feta cheese Organic
- 1/2 cup Pomegranate arils
- 1/3 cup Pecan
- 1/3 cup Sliced Black Olives
- 1/4 cup Dried Cranberries
- 1/4 cup Pumpkin Seeds
Dressing
- 3 tbsp Apple Vinegar
- 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tsp Dijon Mustard
- 1 tsp Garlic Granules
- 2 tsp Organic Honey
- 1/2 tsp Oregano
- Salt & Pepper

Instructions
- Start by cooking the quinoa
- Wash and prepare all ingredients
- Slice the orange and Feta cheese into cubes; Slice the olives if needed
- Prepare the dressing and mix it well
- Add all ingredients to a salad bowl and enjoy.
