Ingredients
- 1 medium Beetroot sliced
- 1 cup Pomegranate juice
- 1 cup Orange juice with pulp

Instructions
- Cut the beetroot and steam for around 15 minutes to soften.
- Prepare the pomegranate juice (juiced with seeds).
- Press the oranges; keep some pulp in your juice for extra fibers.
- Add beetroot, pomegranate juice and orange juice into the blender and blend to desired consistency.
- Enjoy it cold or with ice cubes.
