Ingredients

filet
Wild Caught Salmon
2
cup
Mixed greens
organic if possible

Sliced Avocado
1/2
cup
Sliced Cherry tomatoes
1/4

Sliced Radish
1/4
cup
Sliced Red Onion
1/4
cup
Dried Cranberries
1
Orange Zest
Crushed Almonds

Sesame seeds

Sea salt and pepper
Dill, parsley

Dressing

extra virgin olive oil

Lemon juice

Mustard

Instructions
Prepare the Salmon
Season the salmon filet with salt, pepper and a squirt of lemon.
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium temperature, then place the filet skin side up.
Sear the first side for about 5 minutes, then flip it carefully and cook for another 5 minutes.
Season with your favorite herbs, dill, parsley…
Prepare the salad
In a salad bowl, add the greens, sliced cherry tomatoes, onions, radish and avocado.
Place the cooked Salmon filet and the orange zest on top.
