Here’s a delicious Salmon Salad recipe with a slight sweet twist. It’s so tasty and perfect for lunch or dinner. Hope you like it!

Instructions
Prepare the Salmon
  1. Season the salmon filet with salt, pepper and a squirt of lemon.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium temperature, then place the filet skin side up.
  3. Sear the first side for about 5 minutes, then flip it carefully and cook for another 5 minutes.
  4. Season with your favorite herbs, dill, parsley…
Prepare the salad
  1. In a salad bowl, add the greens, sliced cherry tomatoes, onions, radish and avocado.
  2. Place the cooked Salmon filet and the orange zest on top.
