Ingredients
- 12 pcs Cremini Mushrooms big size
- 2 handful Spinach
- 100 grams Feta cheese choose a good quality
- olive oil
- Garlic Granules
- Salt
- Pepper

Instructions
- On a baking sheet with a parchment paper, line the mushrooms upside down after removing the stems.
- Drizzle some olive oil, salt and pepper and bake on medium heat for around 5 to 10 minutes.
- After good cleaning, sauté the spinach in a pan with a bit of water until soften.
- In a bowl, mix spinach, cheese, garlic, salt and pepper.
- With a small spoon, fill the mushrooms with the spinach and cheese mix.
- Bake for around 15 minutes, until soften and golden.
