Instructions
  1. Start by preheating your oven.
  2. In a bowl, mix the seeds with zaatar, psyllium husk and salt.
  3. Slowly add water while stirring until the mixture starts to thicken. Note that you might not need all the water.
  4. Roll the mixture between two parchment papers to your desired thickness and place it on a baking sheet.
  5. Score the mixture into sized pieces using a knife or a pizza slicer. Personally, I prefer to bake it for around 10 minutes before scoring it; You can do what’s better for you.
  6. Cook in the oven on medium temperature for around 60 minutes, or until it’s fully dry and crispy.
  7. Allow to cool completely before breaking the crackers apart.
  8. Store in a container for a week and enjoy. Let me know in the comments if you tried this recipe and how it turned out.
Tips
  1. To keep it crispy, you can keep the lid of the container a bit open.
  2. I am using whole pumpkin and sunflower seeds, but you can slightly grind the seeds in a blender.
  3. You can skip one of the seeds but make sure you are using flaxseeds and chia seeds as those will thicken the mixture.
