Ingredients
- 2 medium Banana (ripe)
- 2 Eggs
- 2/3 cup Rolled Oats
- 1/2 cup Almond Milk
- 2 tbsp Cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon Powder
- Pinch of Salt
- Dark Chocolate
- Dark Chocolate Chips
Servings: people
Instructions
- In a blender, mix all ingredients except for the chocolate chips.
- Pour the mixture in a slightly greased oven-safe baking bowls. I'm using coconut oil.
- Add a square of dark chocolate in the middle and some chocolate chips on top. (I am using Lindt 85%)
- Bake for around 15 minutes at 180 degrees and serve hot.
Recipe Notes
- For a perfect sweetness, make sure the bananas are ripe.
- Always read the ingredient list; the cocoa powder as well as the almond milk should not contain any added sugar.
- Make sure the oats are gluten free.
