Ingredients
- 2 cup Organic Rolled Oats
- 1 medium Mashed Banana
- 1/2 cup Almond
- 1/2 cup Pecan
- 1/4 cup Organic Maple Syrup
- 1 tsp Cinnamon Powder
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 tsp Himalayan Salt
- Optional Crashed Pistachio
Servings: balls
Instructions
- Add the ingredients to a high speed food processor and pulse for few seconds.
- Mix the dough and pulse again until the mixture is smooth and even.
- If the mixture is too dry, add a bit of maple syrup; If it's too sticky, refrigerate for few minutes.
- Using a cookie scoop, scoop a ball and roll it.
- Place on a baking tray with parchment.
- Cover the balls with pistachio, coconut flakes or any other nut.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes and enjoy.
- Store in an air-tight container and keep in the fridge for up to 10 days.
